Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of being placed, with most orders being dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked will typically take 3-5 working days for our FREE delivery service to deliver by the Royal Mail.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been dispatched every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you. We can only dispatch items to the address you select as your shipping address upon checkout. If you would like your item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the additional address to your before making the purchase.

Some items will take 3-6 working days or 6-9 working days to be delivered by the Royal Mail it will be notified at the checkout.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you need an item in a rush or require a secure tracked service then optional shipping upgrades are available at checkout at an extra cost.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. (excluding Public Holidays). We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
