FAQs

Are the products that you sell authentic?

All the products that we sell are completely 100% genuine - we have no dealing with counterfeit or fake products. We sell the same name brand designer products you will find in all the big retail department stores. In the case of any of the unboxed or damaged items that we might sell, it literally is only the outer packaging that is the difference.

What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency. Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.

What is the difference between a splash and a spray?

There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.

What is a miniature perfume?

Minis are smaller bottles, from 0.05 oz to 0.15 oz (5ml-15ml), easy to carry in a purse or shaving kit. Use them for travel, at work, or as an inexpensive way of testing a fragrance for an extended period.

What if I received a damaged or badcondition item?

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item you should report to us immediately and send us the pictures of the item you have received with the packing sheet and outer box. In the event that the package shows any sign of tampering at the time of delivery, the customer must reject its delivery.

In order to proceed with the management of a return due to breakage, we need the following photographs:

  • Photograph of the box received ( if the package shows signs of tampering, showing possible damage during transport).
  • Photograph of the carrier's label (attached to the outside of the box).
  • Photograph of the damaged product with the packing sheet.
  • A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
